Transportation Information:

Parking is available in the Charles Square Garage, located beneath the Charles Hotel in historic Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA. The 500-space two-level indoor parking garage, operated by Propark, is the first certified green garage in Massachusetts and one of the first seven parking facilities to receive a Green Garage Certification by the Green Parking Council (GPC) in the U.S. The garage offers free EV charging, tire inflation, and an innovative small car discount program.

The garage is accessible from the hotel lobby, and guests of our event can

receive a $4 voucher to discount your parking. Please pick up the voucher at the registration table.  As you leave the garage, you must first scan your parking ticket, and then the discount voucher.

Parking prices using our discount voucher are as follows:

Self Parking

• Prior to 5pm: 3 -12 hours-  $36

• After 5pm: 1- 5 hours-  $13

• After 5pm: 5 -12 hours-  $20

Valet Parking

• 2 -3 hours-  $36

• 3-10 hours-  $46

• Overnight – 24 hours-  $65
