Ami Fatula is Chief Financial Officer Equity Industrial Partners, a leading owner/operator of industrial real estate assets. She brings 20+ years of mixed institutional and entrepreneurial experience in commercial real estate finance and accounting. With over a decade of C-level leadership, she brings strategic vision and ability to align financial performance with organizational goals. She has successfully lead initiatives in areas such as acquisition capitalization, debt placement, asset management and risk mitigation, delivering value across diverse property types including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Ami oversees the firm’s accounting and finance organization, including tax planning, financial planning, investment analysis, cash management and asset and corporate financings. She works closely with the executive team on organizational structure and brings experience in operational collaboration including HR, IT and other corporate operations.
Prior to joining EIP, Ami served as CFO at Samuels & Associates, a Boston-area developer, Jones Street Investment Partners, a private equity sponsor of multifamily real estate, and Northland Investment Corporation, a national multifamily owner/operator. A former Certified Public Accountant, she began her career in real estate as an Assurance Manager with Ernst & Young, LLP and then a Vice President and Controller with AEW Capital Management. Ami graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with B.B.A. in Accounting.
A former Certified Public Accountant, Ami is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst. Ami volunteers on the Board of Directors of the Youth Advocacy Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to ending the school to prison pipeline, and on the Board of the Boston real estate branch of the Financial Executives Alliance, a First Republic affinity group. Ami is an active runner and loves the outdoors. She is also passionate about music, dancing, weightlifting and a good craft beer. She lives in Arlington, MA with her husband, two children and dog.
