Calixto Perez, Jr. is a Vice President of Eastern Bank Wealth Management. Cal manages client portfolios and provides wealth management services to individuals, families, foundations, and endowments. He has 25+ years in financial services, and joined Eastern Wealth Management in April of 2022. Previously, he worked at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and as a Socially Responsible Investment Strategist and Portfolio Management Associate at Eaton Vance.  He started his career working at Deutsche Bank. Cal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University, and studied Mechanical Engineering and Economics at MIT.  He holds a Certified Portfolio Management certification (CPM®) from Columbia University. He is a Chartered Socially Responsible Investment Counselor (CSRIC®). He has been an advisory board member at Big Brother Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts and a director on The Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers Board. He is a Corporate Trustee at the Trustees of the Reservations. He has also served as a board member at Bottom Line and as executive committee board member for Best Buddies International Hyannis Port Challenge. He has run several Boston Marathons, including running for YAF, and chairs fundraising golf events for various charities.
