Dave Nevins is the Chief Operating Officer at Equity Industrial Partners, where he oversees the firm’s 27 million square feet of industrial and office space and its operational functions including property and asset management, as well as acquisition and disposition due diligence. With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and organizational leadership, Dave brings a thoughtful and disciplined approach to strategic operations and team management.

Before joining EIP, Dave served as COO at Jones Street Investment Partners, a private equity sponsor focused on multifamily real estate, and held leadership roles at The RMR Group, a publicly traded REIT, where he managed a large portfolio of commercial assets across New England.

Dave holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University. He is also a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker.

Dave is actively involved in his local community, coaching youth sports in the town of Newton. A passionate advocate for education and opportunity, he brings his operational expertise and dedication to service to the Board of the Youth Advocacy Foundation, supporting its mission to end the school-to-prison pipeline.

When he’s not on the field or cheering on his favorite teams, Dave enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors gardening and landscaping, and taking on carpentry projects around the house.
