Darnell T. Williams is a transformative leader and dedicated educator with over 25 years of experience centered on Black Excellence in education. As the Founder and Executive Director of DTW Equity Consulting, LLC, he leads initiatives to decolonize Eurocentric values and promote antiracist practices in schools. Based in Massachusetts, Darnell empowers educational institutions to create racially equitable and liberatory learning environments. A passionate advocate for social justice, Darnell focuses on dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline and challenging systems that perpetuate inequity and produce oppression. His career is characterized by bold efforts to promote equity, diversity, inclusivity, and justice, ensuring that historically marginalized
populations have access to transformative educational experiences. With experience as a curriculum writer, educator, professional development trainer, and adjunct professor, he fosters cultural responsiveness and sustainability within education systems. Nationally recognized for his contributions to educational consulting, Darnell guides organizations toward becoming high-functioning, antiracist, and culturally inclusive entities. He holds a master’s degree in Teaching and Learning from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Lesley University. Through his unwavering commitment to Black Excellence and social justice, Darnell T.
