Jackie Buchwald brings energy and creativity to everything she does—whether it’s planning events, running marketing campaigns, or making sure the behind-the-scenes operations run like clockwork. In her role as Operations and Development Coordinator at the Youth Advocacy Foundation (YAF), she’s helped raise major funds, organize meaningful events, and grow the organization’s online presence.

With a background in public relations, digital marketing, and leadership training, Jackie knows how to connect with people and build strong, lasting relationships. She's passionate about supporting YAF’s mission to reach and uplift at-risk youth, from preschoolers to young adults. Before joining the nonprofit world, Jackie built and led a successful sales team and taught online courses—bringing both strategy and heart to her work.

She earned her degree in Marine Biology from Brown University (and yes, she used to work with exotic animals as a zookeeper!). Jackie loves blending creativity with strategy to drive impact, whether she’s fundraising, creating content, or building community connections.
