Katherine Hall Page has been involved with YAD/YAF and Ed Law for over 20 years. With a first career in secondary education, Katherine has a Masters in the field from Tufts and a Doctorate from Harvard in Administration, Public Planning and Social Policy. She developed a pilot program for high school students with chronic truancy, substance abuse, behavioral difficulties and other issues to bring them back to and keep them in school. She continues a second career as a mystery novelist publishing more than 30 books with HarperCollins, receiving several lifetime achievement and other awards. Receiving the Commitment to Justice Award at this year’s celebration, however, has meant the most to her as trying to address the problems adolescents and younger students face remains her top priority.
