Welcome to Our New Board Member, Avery Borreliz

We are so excited to introduce one of the newest members of our Board of Directors— Welcome to Our New Board Member, Avery Borreliz!

Avery is a Litigation & Trial associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in Boston, where she represents clients in complex commercial litigation while maintaining an active pro bono practice advocating for juveniles, veterans, and refugees. Her career reflects a deep commitment to expanding opportunity and supporting individuals facing systemic barriers.

Before becoming an attorney, Avery contributed to mental health and public policy research at Harvard Medical School, supported early childhood literacy initiatives through Reach Out and Read National Center, and coached youth rowing. These experiences have shaped her passion for youth advocacy, educational opportunity, and strengthening communities through meaningful support.

Avery holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an Master of philosophy from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. from American University. We are thrilled to have her join our board and look forward to the insight and dedication she will bring to our mission.
