YAF Board Member publishes article on racial inequity in schools

Our newest Board member, Darnell Williams, recently had an article published in The MRA (Massachusetts Reading Association) Beacon, Journal of Literacy Learning and Research, Volume 1 Issue 1, Jan.2024 - https://www.massreading.org/publications-landing

His beautiful words capture the racial inequity that exists in our school systems and fuels the Cradle-to-Prison pipeline.  He provides thoughtful recommendations for how to create equitable PK-12 classrooms through an antiracist pedagogy. We are lucky to have him on our Board of Directors.
